Shift:

Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

Pay:

$19 – $23 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Diesel Service Advisor, your role will be the key link between our drivers, mechanics, and the service team. Here’s a snapshot of your daily tasks:

• Receive red tags from drivers and process work orders
• Coordinate equipment with Driver Services & Customer Service
• Assign jobs to mechanics and manage outsourced equipment with external vendors
• Communicate repair status, warranty details, and coordinate workloads with the shop supervisor
• Ensure all repairs align with warranty policies and correct reason codes
• Handle all incoming shop calls and on-road repair needs within 75 miles of the shop
• Provide completed repair orders to Owner Operators
• Collaborate with Parts, Warranty, and On-Road departments to streamline operations
• Foster a positive, proactive work environment
