Job Overview

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA, seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join the Digital Analytics Engineering team. This role is critical for implementing and managing digital analytics frameworks using Adobe Analytics and other tools to enhance customer experiences across various platforms. The engineer will work with product managers, technical teams, and analytics stakeholders to deliver precise data insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Adobe Analytics to capture actionable data across digital platforms
• Collaborate with product managers to align analytics implementations with KPIs
• Maintain standardized data tagging and tracking for consistent reporting
• Test and validate analytics implementations in both staging and production environments
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports within Adobe Analytics
• Partner with IT, data governance, and risk management to ensure compliance with standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data tagging and analytics tracking
• Define technical requirements for integrating new analytics technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in web analytics and digital tagging
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tag Management Systems like Tealium, Adobe Launch, or Google Tag Manager
• Proficiency in JavaScript and mobile SDKs (iOS/Android)
• Hands-on experience with Hogan Mainframe Cobol, JCL, IMS DB, MQ, VSAM, and related tools
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
• Leadership experience and adherence to best coding practices

Preferred Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in Hogan CAMS
• Experience with large transaction-based systems and technical design documentation
• Expertise in release management and agile methodologies
